Harris Hill was previously owned by a husband and wife team who were keen to pass on their business to someone who could take it on to the next stage of its growth. Aled Morris, has a successful track record in a number of recruitment businesses including Office Angels, Spherion and the Angela Mortimer Group and led the £5m MBI. He saw the opportunity to build the market leader in recruitment for the charity and not for profit sector via acquisition and organic growth.
