Fishawack is a specialist medical communications agency with a reputation for providing high quality support services to its clients, which include, GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, Pfizer, Bayer Schering and CSL Behring.
Our original investment supported the £5.5m MBO which provided a partial realisation of equity for the founders. The founders have remained involved in the business and have now stepped back into executive roles to support the plan to accelerate growth through acquisitions. The first acquisition, of US based Nexus, was completed in late 2009.
